本研究「情報通信産業の競争政策の理論・実証研究 : ブロードバンド産業を中心に」では、電気通信民営化後20年を経て、電話からインターネットへ移行する産業構造を中心にして、新しい競争政策の在り方を理論・実証の両面から研究し、2冊の単著、10篇の査読付き英文学術雑誌論文、11篇の査読付き和文学術雑誌論文として出版した。
