| Research Abstract |
オマーンオフィオライトのシート状岩脈群の石基鉱物粒径の層序変化をもとに拡大軸直下における上部地殻の温度構造を推定した。マグマのリキダスを1150℃,シート状岩脈群最上部の平均温度を100℃と仮定すると,母岩温度は噴出岩層/シート状岩脈群境界からの深さ570mで180℃,990m で最高温度670℃,シート状岩脈群/上部ガブロ境界で530℃であった。また,シート状岩脈群下部330m の地温勾配は最大1.7℃/m と推定された。
