| Research Abstract |
マンゴー果実をエチレン吸着袋で貯蔵すると、貯蔵期間が延長され、袋内の果実は呼吸、エチレン発生ともに抑えられた。果実を20Cと13Cで貯蔵すると、ACC合成酵素、ACC酸化酵素ともにまず遺伝子の発現が上昇し、ついで、酵素活性が増加、その後にエチレン発生が増加した。8C貯蔵で低温障害が認められ、完熟果より緑熟果のほうが早く出現した。緑熟果ではACC合成酵素、ACC酸化酵素ともに遺伝子の発現が著しく高くなった。
