Research Abstract

本研究は、成長ホルモン遺伝子が無脊椎動物に起源する仮説およびサケ成長ホルモンがエゾアワビ稚貝の成長を促進する発見に基づいて、軟骨魚類と無顎類の成長促進に関与するホルモン受容体を同定した。また、アワビの脳神経節にサケの成長ホルモン抗体に対する免疫反応陽性細胞群を検出し、その組織から成長促進因子および遺伝子を単離するとともに成長促進因子受容体を探索した
