Research Abstract |
According to survey to the local governments in Japan, the next points became clear 1, Most prefectures enforce various measures to promote school lunch of local agri-food system, and evaluate it for schemes. 2, Most Prefectures School Lunch Associations come to deal with local rice and processed food which local farm product are used. 3, Combination with independent purchase method and bulk purchase method as methods for purchase of foodstuffs for school lunch increases in the urban region, though the purchase of the freshness foodstuffs has much independent purchase methods. And most cities use local farm product 4, Most cities devise local farm product to be available by free contract surely when they purchase them.
