| Research Abstract |
日本でわれている養殖クロマグロの水銀汚染と有機塩素系化合物汚染を分析し、天然マグロの場合と比較した。養殖クロマグロの水銀濃度は厚生労働省の定めた基準を越えるものが少なく、一般に天然のクロマグロより低かった。一方、脂溶性の高い有機塩素系化合物濃度は天然クロマグロより高く、多食者には健康被害が心配される。地中海で行われている畜養マグロの場合の水銀および有機塩素系化合物濃度は日本国内の養殖マグロに比べて著しく高いものが多く、これは魚体の大きさを反映していると思われる。
