Research Abstract	季節による睡眠温熱環境の変化が、幼児と母親の睡眠に及ぼす影響を検討するため、春、夏、秋、冬に実態調査と実験を行った。実態調査では、他の季節よりも夏の高温多湿環境が幼児と母親の睡眠を妨げていた。実験では、夏の高温多湿環境は幼児にのみ影響が見られ、他の季節よりも睡眠時間が短く、睡眠中の胸の皮膚の温度が高かった。実態調査、実験ともに高温多湿環境が幼児の睡眠に及ぼす影響が母親よりも大きい可能性が示唆された。
