Research Abstract	これまで日本の憲法学ではあまり研究されてこなかった、アメリカ合衆国の連邦憲法・州憲法における立法プロセスに関する規定を研究した。その結果、州憲法は、連邦憲法に比べて詳細な規定を有していること、そして、それらは主に立法府に対する不信に基づいていることなどが判った。また、連邦議会の議院の立法手続に関する規則制定をめぐる議論が、アメリカ合衆国の公法学界では最近活発化しているが、そこでの主要な論点を整理することができた。
