Research Abstract	本研究は多くの難民が第一次庇護国で長期難民状態となっている状況をふまえ、特に長期的難民が集中しているアフリカ難民受け入れ国に対する支援方法、及び難民保護の「負担分担」に対する国際協力の可能性を多角的に検討した。アフリカに居住する難民および難民受け入れ国のニーズと、ドナー諸国の動向という2つの側面から分析することにより、現在のアフリカにおける難民保護レジームの限界を明らかにし、今後の課題を提示した。
