Research Abstract

寄生生物の宿主への適応的な進化や形態変化のパターンについて議論を深めるために等脚目甲殻類を対象として研究を行った。具体的には日本近海のヤドリムシ亜目の採集調査を行い、系統分類学研究の結果、多くの新種と考えられる種や新記録の種を得た。走査型電子顕微鏡などを用いて詳細な形態比較を行い、分類学的位置の議論を行って記載し、分類学的研究の成果を報告した。
