Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
During last year, I have prepared the dimensionally tuned 2D/3D ultra-stable perovskite absorbers films by tuning cation and anion composition. One-step precursor deposition and sequential deposition methods was used to form high quality 2D PS films. Finally, prepared and characterized the 2D/3D dimensional PS films along with degradation analysis and environmental stability of the films. The research results are published in peer reviewed scientific journals.

Current Status of Research Progress
3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
In the beginning of the research, I have found some difficulties to synthesis the fluorous ammonium salts with Fluorous mono- and bisammonium cations A’ which delayed my research schedule from the original time frame. Due to this reason, I could not complete some research Tasks in Phase I.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Phase III: Fabrication of graded heterojunction structure (GHJ) in planar PSCs using 2D/3D dimensional PS films: Task 1. Preparation and performance evaluation of prototype PSCs: Selected 2D/3D dimensionally tuned PS prepared will be integrated as absorbers in a graded heterojunction structure (GHJ) in planar PSCs and using heavily doped inorganic charge extraction layers of NiMgLiO and Ti(Nb)Ox. Task 2. Performance evaluation of prototype PSCs: Photovoltaic performances of the PSCs will be evaluated by J-V) characteristics, external quantum efficiency (EQE) and the long-term stability of devices will be assessed by comparison of their J-V curves as a function of storage time in air.
