Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aimed to identify the barriers and the structures thereof that prevent parents and guardians from accessing nursery school parental support, and to propose a counseling support system that would enable nursery school parental support to function effectively.
For nursery school parental support to function effectively, it is important that such a system incorporates three conditions for improving parental access to counseling, namely “relationships between parents/guardians and caregivers, built through daily communication mediated by the child,” “development of a counseling system in which parents/guardians can feel at ease,” and “securing of opportunities to consult in unforeseen circumstances.”

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
