Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I understand kabuki as a comprehensive narrative genre and use various concepts that have been created through kabuki itself in addition to narratology, such as “kata,” “naimaze,” story, narrative discourse. This paper concretely presents the multiple narrative structure model of kabuki focusing on the multiplicity and plurality of kabuki. Furthermore, based on the above multiple narrative structure model of kabuki, I conduct on various relating works, including designing and developing application and experimental systems, studying narrative contents that relate to kabuki such as Japanese folktales, considering and experimenting content creation methodologies by humans, narrative generation systems, and generative AI systems.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
