本プロジェクトを通じ、米国デューク大学政治学部のジョセフ・グリエコ、共同研究者の松村尚子（神戸大学）およびPIの多湖との共同研究が結実し、Matsumura N, Tago A, Grieco JM. "External Threats and Public Opinion: The East Asian Security Environment and Japanese Views on the Nuclear Option." Journal of East Asian Studies. を刊行することができた（2023;23(1):23-44. doi:10.1017/jea.2022.40）。また、香港大学政治行政学部のカイ・ケック、共同研究者の小濱祥子（北海道大学）およびPIの多湖との共同研究が結実し、Shoko Kohama, Kai Quek, and Atsushi Tago "Managing the Costs of Backing Down: A “Mirror Experiment”on Reputations and Audience Costs in a Real-World Conflict"を刊行することができた（The Journal of Politics 2024 86:1, 388-393）。２つの国際共同研究チームを編成して期待通りの研究成果があげられた。
