Research Abstract

遷移金属酸化物中に出現する多彩な電子相は微妙なバランスで競合し、外的刺激、例えば電界により劇的な電子相変化を起こす。これを用いた電界効果トランジスタや抵抗変化メモリなどのデバイスは、次世代エレクトロニクスの要素技術として期待されている。本研究はこれらのデバイスの学理を構築すると同時に物理的に興味深い電界誘起物性の開拓を目指す。
