| Research Abstract |
本年度は、4つの班のそれぞれにおいて、準備作業を中心に研究を進め、年度の最後に成果を持ち寄って次年度以降に向けた意見交換と調整を行った。手続的公正の心理学班では、国民の厳罰意識と犯罪と司法に対する態度について全国ランダムサンプル調査を実施し、集約・分析作業を進めている。裁判員制度分析班では、準備作業として裁判員制度について文献研究を行うほか、量刑分析のための量刑判断・量刑意思決定モデルを析出し、シミュレーション実験の準備作業を行った。証言心理学班では、子どもの面接法のリサーチデザインを行うため質問項目の検討を行うほか、証言の信用性判断で問題となる「臨場感・迫真性」に関する研究を行った。精神医学班では、発達障害に疑いのある少年に関する鑑定所見(数例)の分析、司法面接法とりわけ発達障害が疑われる少年に対する司法面接の技法開発について予備的調査研究に取り組んだ。また、各班が会した年度末の研究集会においては、各課題の共有のほか、裁判員制度における評議のあり方について、法律学、心理学それぞれの立場から意見交換を行い分析視覚の整序を行い、次年度に向けた課題設定を行った。
