| Research Abstract |
2008年度は「イノベーション・クラスターの創生政策とグローバル・リンケージ」を分析するための鍵概念となる「集合知」に関する理論分析を進め、その成果を査読つき学術雑誌に報告するとともに、ヨーロッパ日本学会に招聘されて講演を行った。報告テーマおよび場所・日時は下記のとおり。

また、法政大学において国際シンポジウムと国際ワークショップを開催した。「イノベーションの歴史的起点-明治日本における西洋機械技術の導入-」Starting Point of Innovation in Historical Perspective: Introduction of Western Mechanical Engineering to Meiji-Japan、法政大学ボアソナード・タワー26階スカイホール、2007年7月24日.および、International Workshop: International Comparison of Innovation Policy:“Cluster and the European Institute for Innovation and Technology,"The Second Meeting at Hosei University, Tokyo, Japan.『イノベーション政策の国際比較』第2回ミーティング(法政大学)、「クラスターとEUイノベーション技術センターの設立」報告者・Dr.-Ing. Rene Haak(ルネ・ハーク氏)EU Policy Research Officer, German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (EU政策担当官、ドイツ連邦文部科学省)、2008年10月16日、於・法政大学イノベーション・マネジメント研究センター・セミナー室。
以上、理論・歴史・政策という3つの次元から研究を進め国際的ネットワークを広げた。
