| Research Abstract |
(1)寒流域と暖流域という異なる生態系において、浅海資源の再生産がどのように行われ、人間が資源の再生産にどのように関わると、更新可能な資源として将来にわたって持続的利用が可能になるかを生態学的に明らかにする。
(2)野外調査と野外および室内実験によって、対象とする浮魚資源、底魚資源、岩礁資源、干潟資源の生態学的特性を明らかにする。
(3)それぞれの資源について、(2)で明らかになる生態学的特性に基づいて、資源の管理・増殖の新しい考え方と方法を提示する。
