Research Abstract

運動トレーニングは、内臓脂肪の酸化ストレスと、マクロファージ関連の炎症性アディポカインの発現を減少させた。酸化ストレスの低下は、抗酸化酵素の上昇によっていた。さらに、運動トレーニングはマクロファージによる細胞性免疫反応を増強し、一酸化窒素産生能を亢進して、感染防御能を高めることが示唆された。脂肪組織に対する効果は、皮下脂肪よりも内臓脂肪に強く現れる事実は、運動トレーニングが生活習慣病の予防・治療に有用であることを示唆する。
