Research Abstract

悪性神経膠芽腫および動脈硬化症に対する治療蛋白質の長期補充療法を実現するため、(1)新規AAVベクター作製システムおよび(2)ベクター産生型細胞の移植による治療遺伝子増幅システムの開発を計画した。
