| Research Abstract |
目的
(1)内因性大麻受容体活性化による鎮痛作用の神経科学的基盤の解明
(2)大麻(カンナビノイド)受容体作動薬の難治性がん疼痛治療応用
内容
骨がん疼痛モデルマウスと正常マウスを用いて次の事項を検討する.
(1)脊髄でのカンナビノイド受容体と内因性カンナビノイド合成酵素の発現と分布解析
(2)内因性カンナビノイドによる侵害情報伝達制御とがん疼痛制御の解析
(3)カンナビノイド受容体作動薬の鎮痛作用
(4)カンナビノイド受容体作動薬のシナプス伝達に及ぼす作用
