Research Abstract |
We interviewed some municipal administrative agencies, NPOs, and labor unions in order to take concrete information about minimum wage laws including living wage ordinances and agreements in USA.That made clear how the living wage ordinances worked after dozens of municipal governments enacted them ; they function rather as starting points in improving environments or conditions of low wage earners' lives.
