Research Abstract |
短波長紫外線(UVC)ストレスに対応し、annexin II を実行因子、HSP27をシャペロンとするDNA損傷ストレス防御複合体が、UVC抵抗性に関わるとの仮説を立証すべく解析を行った。その結果、1) annexin II はHSP27 と複合体を形成すること、2) 両者の複合体は紫外線照射に応じて細胞質から核へ移行すること、3) annexin II がUVC致死抵抗性に関わることを明らかにした。さらに、4)SP27はシャペロンとしてannexin II の細胞内量の調節を介して紫外線致死抵抗化に関わる可能性を示唆した。
