| Research Abstract |
本研究は、アジア圏を中心としたシェイクスピア上演研究を行う者の対話を可能にする共通基盤としての批評言語の確立の可能性について考えるものである。主に英米の研究者による、あるいは英米の研究者を対象にした批評研究の在り方を問い直し、既存のシェイクスピア上演批評の枠組みにとらわれない研究の在り方をアジアの研究者の視点から再考するため、中国、韓国、台湾、マレーシア等のアジア地域の研究者とのネットワークを形成し、恒常的な連携を行いながら「アジアにおけるシェイクスピア上演研究」の新しい枠組みの構築を目指す。
