Research Abstract |
It participated in some traditional events in the Amami Islands dialect rapidly transformed. The event was able to be collected to the video for about two hours. The dialect can be observed whether to make this a character, by what scene for a so-called standard dialect to be used actually, and by what scene to be used. In the scene such as the greeting of opening a meeting, the guest's greeting, and the chairperson progress, most is so-called standard dialects. On the other hand, the dialect is used as for a personal calling and the talk. The function of the dialect in Amami Islands was able to be brought into relief.
