| Research Abstract |
本研究は, 共和主義思想について, 単純な左右のイデオロギーに還元・解消し得ない, 国家=社会=個人という連関構造にかかわる掘り下げた検討の必要なテーマだと認識した上で, グローバリゼーションや地域統合がさらに発展するにつれて近代国民国家像の揺らぎがますます激しくなっている中で, アメリカやフランスにおける共和主義の法思想政治思想の展開を踏まえた上で, かかる思考を基本においた日本の憲法理論の構築を模索した。
