Research Abstract	金融業のコングロマリット化とともに金融技術の発展も進み,銀行の保有している資産のリスクを適切に判断することがますます困難になってきている現状を踏まえて,劣後債保有者による市場規律により監督行政を補完する意味はより重要になってきている.欧米では,劣後債による規律付けに関する分析が積み上がっているのに対して我が国においては,そのような分析は十分に行われておらず,本研究では,我が国において金融機関に対してどのような規律付けが現状で効いているかをまず明らかにする.そこで明らかになった規律付けのメカニズムを踏まえて,監督行政の在り方も踏まえた金融システムの設計問題に取り組む.
