Research Abstract |
We studied organic materials which give white light emission in organic light emitting diodes with a single dopant emitter. We obtained dual emission from mixed-ligand iridium complex, dual emission of fluorescence and phosphorescence from fluorescent materials by phosphor-sensitization, dual emission from thin film of blue emitting host lightly doped with red emitter, and very broad white emission from four exciplexes which are formed in two layers with four fluorescent molecules.
