Research Abstract

本研究では窒化処理と真空加熱を組み合わせた熱処理により,圧延方向に再結晶粒が長く伸びた高アスペクト比長大粒組織を有するMo合金を作製し,その機械的特性を評価した.得られた長大粒Mo合金は従来の等軸粒Mo合金に比べて優れた延性を示し, 希薄COガス熱処理により内部酸化した長大粒Mo 合金は従来材の約1.5倍の降伏強度を示した
