Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、イオン液体を分離媒体として用いた、バイオ分子の新しい分離システムを開発することである。イオン液体は分離媒体として優れた性能を示すと期待されるが、利用できる抽出剤は限られている。本研究では、モデルにシトクロムcおよびDNAオリゴマーを選定し、これを抽出可能にするイオン液体抽出系の開発を行った。有機溶媒系よりも抽出性に優れた、反応抽出によるバイオ分子の抽出に成功した。
