Research Abstract

本研究では、リン酸基と相互作用の強いZr(IV)イオンに着目し、W/O/W型界面鋳型重合法を用いて、樹脂孔表面にZr(IV)を固定させた新規金属固定化アフィニティークロマトグラフィー
(Zr-Phos IMAC)を調製した。マトリックス支援レーザー脱離イオン化法(MALDI-TOF/MS)を用いたモデルタンパク質の分離評価では、従来のIMACよりも非リン酸化ペプチドの検出を軽減させ、リン酸化ペプチドの検出感度を向上させることに成功した
