Research Abstract	研究成果の概要:腫瘍免疫を誘導増強する複合脂質膜の創製を目的とし、T細胞活性化の副シグナルを発する膜タンパクを組換えタンパク質として得るために、マウス腫瘍細胞より複製した遺伝子を用いて発現用プラスミドの調製を検討したところ、目的の組換えプラスミドが得られた。また、がん抗原となるペプチド誘導体を固相法で合成した。さらに、リン脂質とミセル界面活性剤からなる複合脂質膜を調製し、細網内皮系を回避可能な安定な膜を形成できることを明らかにした。
