Research Abstract

本研究では、ヒトナチュラルキラー細胞のガン細胞に対する細胞傷害活性におけるカンナビノイド受容作動薬や阻害薬の影響について調べることにより、ナチュラルキラー細胞の細胞傷害の機構にエンドカンナビノイドシステムが関与している可能性を示した。さらに、マウスの腫瘍生着モデルに対するCB2受容体阻害薬の影響についても調べ、CB2受容体が少なくともマウスにおける腫瘍免疫において重要な役割を演じている可能性を示した。
