| Research Abstract |
生物の青光受容体の一つとしてBLUFタンパク質がある. BLUFタンパク質は, 青色光受容時に立体構造を変化させてシグナルを伝達すると考えられている.
青色光受容時のBLUFタンパク質の構造変化について知見を得ることを目的として構造生物学的研究を行った. 青色光照射下でのX線回折実験, 結晶化, 結晶の経時変化観察を通して, 青色光がBLUFタンパク質に与える影響について考察した.
