| Research Abstract |
申請研究は、表題にある古代魚孵化腺細胞の発生進化学的研究に加え、卵膜分解機構の進化研究の2題を含んでいる。前者においはて、チョウザメより孵化液を調整して、孵化酵素の精製途中である。後者の卵膜分解機構の進化研究では、初期の硬骨魚類孵化酵素の卵膜分解系は、膨潤化酵素の単一酵素であったものが、進化過程で、膨潤卵膜分解酵素が出現して2つの酵素の効率良い卵膜分解系に進化したことが明らかとなった。
