Research Abstract

私達が糖鎖を認識するF-box蛋白質として発見したFbs1はSCF型ユビキチンリガーゼの基質認識サブユニットとして糖蛋白質をユビキチン化し、細胞における品質管理機構である小胞体関連分解に関わるものとして機能することを報告してきた。本研究では、Fbs1がユビキチンリガーゼとして機能するばかりではなく、血管新生に関わる蛋白質Amotと複合体を形成していることを見出し、その機能について解析を行った。
