| Research Abstract |
(1)国内実態調査からは、政策的ニーズという側面が強く、主に加工原料として「水面下」で進んできたニーズ形成の実態とそれが事故米事件を契機とし国産米への需要シフトが起こる現状を明らかにした。(2)韓国・台湾での現地調査から、制度的ニーズや国民の国産米志向、輸入米のニーズ形成の未成熟、過剰在庫問題という我が国と類似した市場状況が明らかになり、(3)他方、台湾では、タイ産ジャスミンライスをはじめとする一定の輸入米ニーズの形成が高価格帯・低価格(加工)帯の両面で進み、韓国では、日本と台湾の状況をにらみながら制度的対応が図られていることが明らかになった。
