| Research Abstract |
がん組織でのARK5 の活性化を迅速・簡便に検出するため、得られた抗リン酸化ARK5抗体を用いた酵素免疫定量法(ELISA)を確立した。AMPK およびその関連遺伝子産物ARK5 の活性化を阻害する化合物の検索により、糸状菌Aspergillus terreus NBRC 6123株の菌体抽出物asterriquinone(ARQ)およびARQのdihydroxy-p-benzoquinone 部分の水酸基を化学修飾したARQ 誘導体が、栄養飢餓耐性解除作用を有し、マウス肺がん細胞の造腫瘍性を抑制する傾向が認められた。
