| Research Abstract |
ヒト羊膜上皮および羊膜間葉系細胞はsphere形成能が高く、単離細胞と比し、Oct3/4, Klf4,c-Myc,Sox2、NanogなどiPS細胞(誘導多能性幹細胞)作成に不可欠な転写因子の発現が高い。またマウス羊膜細胞では、SSEA-1(+)C-kit(-)でsphereを形成する細胞のみがinner cell massに導入され分化することが明確となった。Sphere形成と表面マーカーの発現を併せて評価することで、幹細胞の純化分画が可能となった。
