| Research Abstract |
1)人間ドック受診者の副作用調査から、女性は男性に比べて副作用の発現頻度が2.5倍高いことを明らかにした。2)抗てんかん薬の効果や副作用に係る遺伝要因を明らかにして、「遺伝情報に基づくてんかんの個別化治療法の開発(代表 : 弘前大学兼子直教授)」を展開中である。3)熊本大学育薬フロンティアセンター(H20年設置)と熊本県下700の薬局を結ぶ副作用調査網を構築中であり、今後、本システムを用いた独自の副作用調査を展開する。
