| Research Abstract |
心房細動の病歴を有する人は、静脈還流増加、血圧・心拍数上昇により、心房細動が発生し、意識消失より浴槽内で死亡する可能性がある。肺静脈のMyocardial sleeve のアミロイド沈着、線維化瘢痕の程度を、入浴中の急死例・コントロール例、各々35例の肺静脈の病理組織所見を検討した。入浴中の突然死では、Myocardial sleeveの線維化瘢痕の程度が強く、コントロール例と比較して有意差を認め、入浴中の急死例は、心房細動が発生しやすい状態にあった可能性がある。
