Research Abstract

Cdx1およびCdx2遺伝子を低分化型大腸癌由来のヒト大腸癌細胞株Colo205に導入することにより得られた細胞接着能の獲得ならびに正常腸管上皮細胞への分化の過程において、Desmosomal junctionの構成分子であるDesmocollin-2の発現上昇とAdherens junctionの構成分子であるE-cadherinとp120-cateninの結合の減弱が重要であることが確認された。
