Research Abstract

本研究では糖尿病などに合併する心筋症の分子メカニズムについて、NRSF-NRSE系とPPAR系に注目して検討した。我々が開発した二つの心不全モデル動物においてその心筋組織所見の解析でミトコンドリアの形態異常が認められたが、このモデル動物の心筋においてPPARγcoactivator-1αmRNA発現が減少していた
