| Research Abstract |
動脈硬化巣周囲の血栓形成にて血小板は必須の役割を演じる。血管内皮細胞機能障害部位に集積した血小板は活性化しmicroparticleを放出する。これは血管内皮、炎症性細胞機能調節、凝固系活性化にも寄与する。産生されたトロンビンは、トロンビン受容体刺激を介してさらに血小板の活性化を促進させることを示した。また、血栓形成に関与する各種細胞機能が、活性化血小板から産生されたmicroparticleにより調節されるメカニズムを示した。また、細胞内小器官であるミトコンドリアの関与を示した。
