純粋レビー小体病の認知障害について、臨床・画像・病理学的に明かにすることを目的とし、後方視研究をもとに前方視研究を行った。後方視的なデータ解析を行うことで、臨床例での純粋レビー小体病症例の抽出、認知障害の特徴、経過観察を行うことが可能となった。
