Research Abstract

様々な血清型に由来するAAV ベクターの組織特異性に関する検討を行った結果、骨格筋に対しては1型のベクターにCMV プロモーターを用いた場合が、肝臓には8型のベクターにhAAT プロモーターを用いるのが最も有効との結論を得た。また、in vivo のベクター投与において問題となる中和抗体検出系に関して検出方法・反応方法などの関連条件を検討することで、検出感度を著明に改善させることができた。
