Research Abstract

機能性精神障害(統合失調症、気分障害など)を対象に、末梢血白血球遺伝子発現を指標にして病因候補遺伝子を抽出し、候補遺伝子との相関研究を行った。その結果、末梢血白血球のmRNA量は、統合失調症では、PDLIM5およびTGFBR2遺伝子発現量が、うつ病では、HDAC5およびCREB、VEGF遺伝子発現量が変化しており、状態像を示す候補遺伝子マーカーとして挙げられた。一方、疾患対照相関解析から、統合失調症ではPDE4B遺伝子、うつ病ではPCNT2遺伝子が、その発症の脆弱性に関与する疾患特異的マーカーと思われた。
