Research Abstract

核医学的心筋イメージングは,心筋の血流,代謝,心機能,交感神経に関連した生理学的イメージングとして,循環器疾患の診断に利用されているが,日本人の標準データベースは構築されていなかった。そこで,国内の多施設研究により正常データベースを構築し,その特徴を解析した。また,その診断精度に関しても,多施設研究により検討を加え,コンピュータによる定量処理結果が診断上妥当であることを確認した。心筋脂肪酸代謝,交感神経イメージング,心機能のデータベースも作成した。これらの標準化データベースは定量の基礎となり臨床応用が期待できる。
