Research Abstract

胃癌細胞株の細胞浮遊液をマウス胃壁に接種する細胞注入法を用いた同所性移植により、リンパ節転移モデル、肝転移モデルを樹立した。高リンパ節転移株における細胞表面接着分子の発現ではインテグリンの関与が、高肝転移株における転移成立には血管新生作用の関与が示唆された。AZ521より樹立した高リンパ節転移株AZL5Gではendothelin-A receptor、TGF-beta IIR alphaの発現増強が転移成立に強く関与していることが判明した。
