| Research Abstract |
脳虚血後の血管反応性の変化に焦点を当て活性酸素種の関与を明らかにし, エダラボンの修飾作用について検討した。一過性脳虚血再潅流後の血管拡張は虚血早期より約1時間後まで継続し, 内皮依存性弛緩反応は減弱することがわかった。血管拡張の機序として活性酸素種が関与しているかどうかは明らかでなかった。内皮依存性弛緩反応減弱の機序についてはsuperoxideや過酸化水素の関与が考えられた。また, エダラボンは一過性脳虚血後の内皮依存性弛緩反応減弱に効果を示さなかった。
